Return Policy


If an item is defective, we will, of course, exchange or refund the cost of that item at our expense (including shipping). If you wish to return an item for any other reason, all shipping charges are customer responsibility. Any returned items must be in the same condition that we sent them.

For exchanges, the customer must return the items to be exchanged prior to our sending out the replacements. Once we receive the items back and determine that they are in good condition we will ship the replacement items to the customer. Items returned by the customer for exchange must be unused, clean, and able to be returned to our inventory. We will not ship replacement items until the items to be changed have be received and verified at Lyn's Crafts.
